Summary: The Product Specialist - Applications role involves providing installation support and training for laboratory diagnostics systems in the North UK Region, specifically Scotland and Northern England. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide installation support and onsite troubleshooting for laboratory diagnostics systems
- Deliver comprehensive training to laboratory staff on systems and workflows
- Perform software updates, product maintenance, and system optimisations
- Consult with customers to support workflow design and laboratory configuration
- Represent the company in customer review meetings and support tenders/demonstrations
- Liaise with third-party companies as required to ensure seamless delivery of service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic systems and industry best practices
Key Skills:
