Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide installation support and onsite troubleshooting for laboratory diagnostics systems
  • Deliver comprehensive training to laboratory staff on systems and workflows
  • Perform software updates, product maintenance, and system optimisations
  • Consult with customers to support workflow design and laboratory configuration
  • Represent the company in customer review meetings and support tenders/demonstrations
  • Liaise with third-party companies as required to ensure seamless delivery of service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic systems and industry best practices

Role: Product Specialist - Applications

Location: North UK Region (Scotland and Northern England) with ad hoc visits to Burgess Hill

Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-time

Pay: £200 - £230 per day (PAYE) OR £265.27 - £305.06 per day (UMB)

12 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
