Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in Salesforce & CRM architecture and design.
- Perform technical/design assurance on Salesforce design patterns and integrations.
- Challenge designs and discuss AI and automation at an architectural level.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Utilize knowledge of MuleSoft and/or Enterprise Service Bus.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable solution architecture experience, particularly in application architecture and design.
- Strong Salesforce platform experience, including design patterns and integration expertise.
- Proven technical or design assurance experience within CRM-related projects and programmes.
- MuleSoft and/or Enterprise Service Bus knowledge and experience.
- An understanding of AI & automation at an architectural and design level.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential.

Application Solution Architect (Salesforce) needed for an initial 3-6-month engagement with our Consultancy client in London. The right candidate must have demonstrable experience in Salesforce & CRM Architecture & Design, including specific technical or design assurance experience
Candidates must engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella Company and the role is predominantly remote, but will require occasional tripe to work onsite in London.
The successful candidate must have a background in Salesforce and solution architecture & design and be able to perform Technical / Design Assurance on Salesforce design patterns and integrations. You must have enough Salesforce / CRM platform familiarity to credibly challenge designs and discuss AI and automation at an architectural level. Deep hands-on build experience is not required but familiarity with MuleSoft / Enterprise Service Bus would be very useful.
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Demonstrable Solution Architecture experience, particularly around Application Architecture & Design.
- Strong Salesforce platform experience, including design patterns and integration expertise.
- Proven Technical or Desing Assurance experience within CRM related projects & programmes.
- MuleSoft and/or Enterprise Service Bus knowledge and experience.
- An understanding of AI & Automation at an architectural and design level.
- Exceptional communication, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage with technical and business teams.
- Previous Consultancy experience would be beneficial but isn't essential.
