Key Responsibilities:
- Audit the user journey and subscription funnel
- Optimise trial-to-subscription conversion through A/B testing and pricing strategies
- Shape CRM and push strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Drive acquisition and ROI across paid channels (Apple Search Ads, Meta etc.)
- Report weekly on performance metrics and actionable insights
Key Skills:
- Proven experience scaling subscription-based mobile apps
- Hands-on with performance marketing, ASO, and mobile analytics
- Confident running growth experiments and interpreting data
- Comfortable working independently and bringing fresh ideas to the table
- A bonus if you have a passion for parenting, wellness, or food content

We’re working with a much-loved consumer brand on the lookout for a commercially minded App Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive subscription growth for a successful recipe and lifestyle app. This is a freelance role (2 days per week), paying circa £600/day (Outside IR35) , and ideally suited to someone who thrives in a small, agile team and enjoys blending data with creativity to boost performance.
