Job Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Head of Engineering to lead the next chapter of technical innovation at Piktochart. This role requires someone with strong Ruby on Rails experience who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to contribute to code when needed, while also defining and executing long-term engineering strategy. As part of the interview process, candidates should be prepared to complete a coding challenge to demonstrate technical depth.
