Job Description

We are seeking an experienced L3 Application Engineer to provide specialised onsite support services as part of a major migration effort. With the business undergoing a separation from its corporate entity, all devices need to be reset and migrated to the new environment. This role involves supporting complex application decisions and addressing issues that may arise during the migration process.

• Perform discovery and analysis of homegrown applications to document functionality and integrations.
• Create architecture diagrams to map application components and dependencies.
• Identify and document integration points with other systems and services.
• Modify applications as needed to support migration efforts.
• Provide application support with a focus on SQL/database configurations and reconfigurations.

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience in application support and architecture.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to identify and manage integration points.

• Experience in modifying applications for migration purposes.
• Familiarity with app support for complex environments
