Summary: The Application Configuration Manager role involves leading a small team responsible for configuring and supporting core business systems in a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team delivering application configuration and support services
- Ensure all configurations are accurate, compliant, and aligned to business policies
- Manage incoming requests, prioritisation, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of partners and customers
- Own quality control processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support delivery of projects

- Proven experience leading technical or support teams

We are seeking an experienced Applications Team Lead to manage a small team responsible for configuring and supporting core business systems. This role combines am understanding of working with data, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
The successful candidate will ensure systems are configured accurately, securely, and in line with business requirements, while driving continuous improvement and high service standards.
This role is working for a business based on the outskirts of Bristol. Free parking and hybrid working is available.
