Application Architect (Contract)

Join a major Financial Services transformation programme, designing and governing cloud-native solutions on Azure for a modern platform.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven Application Architect Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong Azure expertise (AKS, Azure Functions, API Management)
• Hands-on Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, containerisation, CI/CD and DevSecOps
• Software engineering background, ideally Java
• Experience designing modern APIs and web applications
• Financial Services Experience preferred (Pensions, Insurance or Wealth Management)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to guide engineering teams
