Summary: The Application Architect role based in London involves designing and implementing architectural solutions within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply architectural methodologies and artefacts.
  • Utilize AWS Cloud knowledge, ideally with Practitioner certification.
  • Engage with stakeholders using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, and Artifactory.
  • Work within Agile and SCRUM frameworks.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of key applications within the organization.

Key Skills:

  • Architectural methodologies and artefacts.
  • AWS Cloud knowledge and Practitioner certification.

Must Have Skills & Experience required

  • Understanding of Architectural Methodologies and Artefacts (such as design authorities & solution designs, etc)
  • AWS Cloud Knowledge, ideally with the Practitioner certification
  • JIRA / Confluence / Jenkins / GitLab / Artifactory
  • Agile, SCRUMs, SCRUM of SCRUMs
  • Must have excellent communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting their approach to suit different audiences.
  • Must demonstrate a proactive learning mindset, willing to develop a deep understanding of key applications within the organisation.
