Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair hospitality and catering equipment across the estate.
- Carry out planned maintenance and respond to reactive issues and breakdowns.
- Work on dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines, glasswashers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs across domestic and commercial systems.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
- Accurately record maintenance activity using the CMMS system.

- Confident, polite and respectful, with a professional approach in guest-facing areas.
- Able to work independently, managing workload and prioritising tasks.
