Key Responsibilities:
- Design and scale Appian's technical solutions.
- Enable Appian's expert delivery teams.
- Integrate new technology trends and work with clients to drive technical success.
- Own and deliver projects leveraging onshore/offshore project teams.
- Interact closely with offshore project teams.
- Provide thought leadership to clients and grow the business.
- Develop offerings brief, fitment, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Drive innovative solutions and accelerator building as a contribution to CoE.
- Collaborate with other teams for joint value propositions and offerings.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical problem-solving skills.
Key Skills:
- 18-22 years of experience with Appian and L3 certification.
- More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Appian.
- Knowledge of Appian's key capabilities, including process mining, RPA, AI, and GenAI.
- Familiarity with Agent studio, DocCenter, process HQ, and other recent offerings.
- Expertise in various industries and technology ecosystems.
- Understanding of security, scalability, Cloud technologies, version control, and DevOps practices.

Have 18-22 years of experience with Appian L3 certification.
Appian hands-on experience should be more than 10 years.
Awareness about Appian key capabilities & latest offerings including process mining, RPA, AI, GenAI capabilities.
Knowledge of Agent studio, DocCenter, process HQand other recent offerings.
Responsible for helping design and scale Appian's technical solutions and enabling Appian's expert delivery teams.
Expertise & exposure in various industries and diverse technology ecosystems to understand big picture of complex technology ecosystem landscape.
Integrating with and incorporating new technology trends from a variety of disciplines, as well as working with clients on all aspects of their program to drive technical success and efficiency, including security, scalability, Cloud technologies, version control, configuration management and other DevOps practices.
Responsibility -
