Appian Lead Developer

Summary: The Appian Developer/Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in a major digital transformation project, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications. This position involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality application performance. The role requires strong technical expertise in Appian, Java, and MySQL, along with effective communication skills. The working model is hybrid, with two days on-site in London and three days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design & development of Appian apps (process models, SAIL, integrations)
• Review code, ensure quality, performance & scalability
• Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders
• Support testing, debugging & deployment
• Troubleshoot and optimize post-production systems
• Document solutions and promote best practices

Key Skills:

• Strong Appian experience (5+ years)
