Summary: As an Angular UI Developer specializing in Market Risk, you will join an Agile team to develop a multi-cross asset platform that provides self-service reporting and analytics tools for risk managers and front office users. Your role will involve writing high-quality code in TypeScript and Angular, collaborating with Tech-Leads, and engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of software development principles and the financial markets. Your contributions will significantly impact the Market Risk team's delivery initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write elegant, re-usable, unit tested, and performant code in TypeScript and Angular UI framework.
- Collaborate with Tech-Leads to simplify the architecture and maintain resilience and performance.
- Write technical analysis and design documents adhering to predefined standards.
- Liaise effectively and independently with Risk Managers and Business Analysts to gather requirements and implement functionalities.
Key Skills:
- Minimum four-year college degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience in software development with Angular UI, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database systems.
- Understanding of GIT, Agile methodologies, and SDLC phases.
- Understanding of financial markets and risk management concepts.
- Experience in Linux, Python, Java.
- Experience in building Big Data Analytic Reporting technologies such as HDFS and Spark.
