Summary: The role is for an Angular Front End Developer at a leading energy trading organization, focusing on the final phases of building a Real Time physical operations platform. The position requires extensive experience with Angular and offers the potential to transition into a full stack Microsoft developer role. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to produce technical designs and implement continuous delivery pipelines. This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular and DevExtreme UI libraries.
- Contribute to the build-out of a Real Time physical operations platform.
- Produce high-level technical designs and liaise with infrastructure, cloud, security, and network teams.
- Utilize continuous delivery pipelines to release new features and functionality.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience with Angular and modern Angular patterns.
- Familiarity with Ngrx signal store.
- Experience in commodities trading or a similar financial organization.
- Knowledge of C# .NET core, REST APIs, Microservice architecture, SQL Server, NHibernate/Entity Framework.

Our client, a large energy trading organisation are looking for a strong Front End developer, one with a vast amount of experience using Angular to contribute to the final phased build out of a Real Time physical operations platform. As a product developer you will have the opportunity to design, develop and maintain applications using modern front - end technologies including Angular with DevExtreme UI libraries and NGRX in the first instance with a consideration to l ead in to more of a full stack Microsoft developer role in the longer term. The wider development environment utilises C # .NET core, Angular, REST APIs and Microservice architecture, SQL Server database, NHibernate/Entity Framework
The successful candidate will work closely with all system owners and business units and have the opportunity to produce high level technical designs and liaise with relevant group infrastructure, cloud, security and network teams to ensure it fits with architectural patterns and practices. You will use continuous delivery pipelines to release new features and functionality.
In order to qualify for this role you will need to demonstrate current use of modern Angular patterns and practices and Ngrx signal store. You will have experience in commodities trading or a similar financially based organisation.
