Summary: The Angular Developer role is a contract position based in Canary Wharf, London, focusing on building and maintaining high-performance web applications using Angular. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Angular and Front End development
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Angular (preferably Angular 10+)
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Expertise in writing testable JavaScript and some of Karma, Jasmine, Mocha or Protractor
- History of picking up new client-side libraries quickly
- Familiar with Common Js modules
- Working together with other teams to design good REST APIs
