Summary: The role is for an Angular Front End Developer on an outside IR35 contract with a large energy trading organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a Real Time physical operations platform using Angular and NgRX, with potential for future full stack development. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and practices. Immediate availability is preferred due to the urgency of the requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular and DevExtreme UI libraries.
- Contribute to the final phased build out of a Real Time physical operations platform.
- Produce high-level technical designs and liaise with infrastructure, cloud, security, and network teams.
- Utilize continuous delivery pipelines to release new features and functionality.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Angular and NgRX.
- Experience in commodities trading or a similar financially based organization.
- Familiarity with C# .NET core, REST APIs, Microservice architecture, SQL Server, NHibernate/Entity Framework.
- Current use of modern Angular patterns and practices.

Our client, a large energy trading organisation are looking for a strong Front End developer, one with a vast amount of experience using Angular NgRX to contribute to the final phased build out of a Real Time physical operations platform. As a product developer you will have the opportunity to design, develop and maintain applications using modern front - end technologies including Angular with DevExtrem e UI libraries and NGRX in the first instance with a consideration to lead in to more of a full stack Microsoft developer role in the longer term. The wider development environment utilises C # .NET core, Angular, REST APIs and Microservice architecture, SQL Server database, NHibernate/Entity Framework
The successful candidate will work closely with all system owners and business units and have the opportunity to produce high level technical designs and liaise with relevant group infrastructure, cloud, security and network teams to ensure it fits with architectural patterns and practices. You will use continuous delivery pipelines to release new features and functionality.
In order to qualify for this role you will need to demonstrate current use of modern Angular patterns and practices and Ngrx signal store. You will have experience in commodities trading or a similar financially based organisation.
