Proven experience leading Android teams and mentoring developers. Deep expertise in Kotlin, Java, RxJava, and Jetpack Compose. Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns, asynchronous programming, and UI/UX best practices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing (JUnit, Espresso), and DevOps workflows. Familiarity with Google Play Console, crash analytics, A/B testing, and performance tuning. Knowledge of mobile security, data encryption, and compliance with Play Store policies.
