We're looking for a Tech Lead with circa 10+ years of experience in Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose, who thrives on clean architecture, scalable design, and mentoring teams. Proven experience leading Android teams and mentoring developers. Deep expertise in Kotlin, Java, RxJava, and Jetpack Compose. Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns, asynchronous programming, and UI/UX best practices. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing (JUnit, Espresso), and DevOps workflows. Familiarity with Google Play Console, crash analytics, A/B testing, and performance tuning. Knowledge of mobile security, data encryption, and compliance with Play Store policies.
