Summary: The role of Android App Developer focuses on developing and maintaining a cross-platform mobile application using React Native, with integration into modern cloud services. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
- Integrate with backend services, including APIs, authentication, and data storage.
- Ensure mobile data is securely managed and adheres to access and security policies.
- Work with NoSQL databases for storing and retrieving data.
- Collaborate with backend and full-stack developers to ensure alignment with admin tools and services.
- Maintain performance, scalability, and security standards on Android.
- Conduct testing and debugging to deliver a seamless user experience.
Key Skills:
- 4+ years experience building mobile apps with React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
- Experience integrating with cloud-based backend services (authentication, data APIs, storage).
- Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with securing mobile APIs (e.g., API keys, role-based access, identity management).
- Competence in version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with native Android development (Kotlin or Java) is a plus.
- Exposure to relational databases and reporting integration is a plus.
- Knowledge of mobile data encryption and app store deployment is a plus.
Salary (Rate): £500 daily
