Summary: Our client, operating in the Insurtech sector, is seeking an Analytics Engineer for a contract role. The position requires expertise in SQL, DBT, and Python for Data, with a focus on data reconciliation. The contract duration is initially set for 3-6 months, with a hybrid working arrangement in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong SQL skills to manage and analyze data.
- Build, debug, and ship production DBT models.
- Apply Python for Data to support analytics tasks.
- Conduct data reconciliation activities.
- Leverage knowledge of Metadata, (Re)Insurance, and Data Warehouse patterns as needed.
Key Skills:
- Strong SQL experience.
- Strong DBT skills, including building, debugging, and shipping production models.
- Proficient in Python for Data.
- Experience in data reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Metadata, (Re)Insurance, and Data Warehouse patterns is a plus.

Our client are in the Insurtech space, they are on the lookout for an Analytics Engineer to come in on a contract basis.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Strong SQL experience
- Strong DBT - you must have built, debugged & shipped production DBT models

- Experience with Metadata, (Re)Insurance & Data Warehouse patterns all nice to have
Contract is running for 3-6 months initially, paying up to £500pd (Outside IR35) and will be 2 days per week onsite in London (1 week fully onsite for onboarding initially)
