Analytics Engineer - Azure, DBT, SQL, Python

Our client is currently delivering a project and is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join on a contract basis.

Need to be able to start ASAP! This will be an opportunity in a start up environment.

Key Skills:

• SQL + DBT Engineering - Building, debugging and maintaining production DBT models and SQL transformations for reporting and data pipelines.
• Python + Data Pipeline Automation - Using Python for data transformations, Scripting, reconciliation checks and pipeline support.
• Experience with Azure Cloud is a must
• Experience using Prefect (Alternatively Airflow or Dagster)
• Data Reconciliation & QA - Comparing outputs across Legacy and new platforms, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring data quality during migration.

Contract Details:

• This position will be paying up to £500 p/day (Outside IR35)
• Initial contract will be 3 months with likelihood to extend
• 2-3 days a week onsite in Central London
