Key Responsibilities:

• Production and contribution to monthly risk indicators for interest rates and currency for CACF France and the CAPFM Group.
• Preparation of ALM committee meetings for the CAPFM Group.
• Act as a point of contact for CAPFM entities regarding interest rate risk issues.
• Participate in monthly meetings for risk analysis and limit calibration proposals.
• Engage in balance sheet modeling activities, including back-testing and flow laws.
• Improve ALM tools, particularly the recent PALMA tool implementation.
• Support ALM teams across various group entities in Europe, China, and Morocco in risk monitoring and limits.

Key Skills:

• Minimum education level: Bac + 5 / M2 or higher in Financial Mathematics, Finance, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in ALM, Treasury, Audit, or Risk Management.
• Experience related to interest rate or market risk is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and knowledge-sharing abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VBA, Access; knowledge of Python is a plus.
