Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with testing of the design and operational effectiveness of procedures and controls.
  • Provide support to the compliance and risk monitoring programs.
  • Prepare procedures for audit testing by external auditors and work with them on behalf of Asset Management One International.
  • Assist in tracking operational risk, maintaining records, and reporting to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain company records, including policies and procedures, ensuring effective updates.
  • Support the Compliance team by preparing routine schedules for the Management Committee and other governance committees.
  • Aid in the preparation, collation, and distribution of meeting papers.
  • Assist with follow-up of remedial action plans agreed by management.
  • Prepare regulatory updates for staff.
  • Support re-certification and approval of relevant staff for specific functions.
  • Review financial promotions and marketing communications issued by the business.
  • Manage and prepare contracts, including obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Perform due diligence and risk screening related to anti-money laundering and other risk-based exercises.
  • Handle other ad hoc requests from Operations, Finance, Systems Support, and Middle Office.

Key Skills:

  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Proficient use of the English language.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of rules-based programming is desirable but not essential.
