Summary: The AML Project Manager will lead the implementation of a new Anti-Money Laundering system for a global Professional Services firm, focusing on compliance and process improvements. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and technology providers to ensure successful project delivery. The position is a 6-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days per week in the London office. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Risk & Compliance and drive the business towards its AML objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a new AML system, ensuring compliance and driving procedural improvements.
• Work closely with internal and external tech teams, overseeing delivery and progress to ensure milestones are hit.
• Act as a key liaison for the AML change project, engaging with all levels of the business and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Compile draft business communications to support the change, running end user feedback sessions capturing requirements/pilot feedback/rollout. Document change deliverables not generated by SME's.
• Own the project plan, manage critical milestones, track risks, and produce regular (RAID) reporting on progress and results.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in managing AML and Financial Crimes projects with a strong track record in successful system deployments.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders, including technology providers and business units.
