Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong knowledge of the firm’s AML/KYC due diligence policies and collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Review, process, and approve AML/KYC cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Conduct due diligence on various client entity types, using internal tools and external sources to investigate and validate information.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly across teams and support continuous improvements to KYC systems and controls.
  • Provide feedback on KYC effectiveness and contribute to process enhancements.

Job Description AML/KYC Specialist – Client onboarding City of London 12 Months FTC 5 days onsite Join our fast-paced Client Onboarding team as an AML/KYC Specialist, where you'll play a key role in reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations. You'll work closely with Sales, Compliance, and Legal to support the approval of new client relationships. This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing business within our CLM department working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
