Description
We are seeking an experienced AML & Conflicts Analyst to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing compliance experience within a supportive, fast-paced environment, with hybrid working.
This role can be based at either our Birmingham or Manchester office.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and risk management obligations.
Review and assess client due diligence (CDD)
Conduct client and matter research using screening tools
Manage and analyse conflicts searches
Support fee earners with AML and source of funds queries
Assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining compliance standards
Support the implementation of information barriers
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and collaboratively within a busy team environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ legal compliance experience in a law firm
Strong knowledge of AML and conflicts processes
Experience with Intapp Open
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A proactive, flexible approach with strong teamwork skills
