Our client, a top US law firm, is urgently seeking a Future Trainee with 12 months availability to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract in London - working as their new AML Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Training Contract confirmed to join the London AML/Risk & Compliance team - you'll have the chance to conduct complex work with an experienced and professional team.
As the successful AML Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- AML research and conducting risk assessments
- Performing PEPs and Sanctions searches
- Performing due diligence on clients and third-parties
- Summarising and conducting extensive research
- Updating the firm's software and databases with relevant information

To be considered, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a Training Contract confirmed with a top US, UK or international law firm
- Have a minimum of 12 months full-time availability
- Ideally, have an understanding/some experience of AML/General Risk & Compliance
- Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis (4 days a week during probation, 3 days a week after probation)
