AIML Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with strong focus on AI/ML
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Strong knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases
• Experience building and deploying ML/AI models into production
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and data pipelines
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, model evaluation, and versioning

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML models and applications
• Build Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions
• Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector search
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
• Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications through APIs
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Deploy and monitor models in cloud environments
• Implement ML pipelines and automation using MLOps practices
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, and business stakeholders
• Research emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search
• Experience with Spark / PySpark
• Knowledge of Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and evaluation
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
