Summary: The AI Workflow & Automation Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and productivity within a performance marketing and web design agency. This position involves building and managing automation workflows, integrating various tools and APIs, and developing internal AI solutions to support client delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and maintain workflows using tools like Make, n8n or Zapier
  • Integrate APIs and data across CRMs, ad platforms, Google Sheets, Slack and Monday
  • Develop internal AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT based assistants, Claude automations) to support client delivery, reporting and strategy
  • Optimise repetitive tasks and team processes through automation
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Design and Content teams to automate elements of campaign reporting, creative testing and performance tracking
  • Set up webhooks, data pipelines and automation triggers
  • Stay up to date with the latest in AI, automation and MarTech innovation to recommend and pilot new tools
  • Troubleshoot issues and build documentation to scale repeatable solutions

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with automation tools like Make, n8n, Zapier or similar
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and data integration
  • Confident using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or other LLM-based tools in a business context
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical curiosity
  • Proactive, independent and able to manage multiple workflows
  • Experience working in or alongside marketing, design or development teams
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable and HubSpot
