I’m working with a growing learning and transformation business looking to hire AI Trainers to support a number of large-scale AI upskilling programmes across enterprise clients. This isn’t purely technical delivery or generic software training. The role is focused on helping teams and leadership groups actually adopt AI properly within day-to-day workflows, particularly across Microsoft Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You’ll deliver a mix of webinars, workshops and leadership sessions, supporting audiences ranging from all-staff groups through to senior stakeholders and executive teams. The business is specifically looking for trainers who combine strong AI knowledge with high energy delivery and excellent communication skills. They need people who can engage large audiences, simplify technical concepts and confidently lead sessions both virtually and in person.
