Summary: The AI Technical Architect role involves leading the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions in cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, with a focus on Azure technologies. The role is hybrid, requiring two days onsite in London and three days remote, and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and governance across complex AI initiatives
- Deploy and fine-tune generative AI models and custom pretrained models
- Design hybrid, on-prem, and cloud AI architectures on Azure
- Implement best practices in AI data engineering and large-scale processing
- Work hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Prompt Engineering, Cognitive Search, Vector DBs & Form Recognizer
- Support MLOps/LLMOps practices and knowledge sharing across teams
- Deliver technical guidance and upskilling sessions to customers
Key Skills:
- 15+ years in IT with 5+ years hands-on on Azure
- Proven experience leading technical teams and stakeholder alignment
- Strong Python & PySpark experience
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise architectures
- Hands-on experience deploying production AI solutions
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
- Certifications: AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) required; AZ-303/304, AI-102, DP-100, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Databricks LLM Certifications preferred

We’re looking for an experienced AI Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. You will architect, implement, and optimize AI and data solutions on Azure, with a strong focus on Generative AI, model customization, and scalable data pipelines.
What you’ll do
