Summary: The AI Solution Architect role requires a technically proficient and business-oriented individual to partner with key platform customers, guiding them through the application development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and provide hands-on technical leadership in proofs-of-concept or proofs-of-architecture for customers.
  • Collaborate with application engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Serve as a technical thought partner for strategic platform customers in application ideation and development.
  • Guide customers on maximizing business impact and accelerating time to value from their applications.
  • Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders for successful application deployment and scaling.
  • Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
  • Share knowledge and codify best practices to scale the Solutions Architect function.
  • Deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams.

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
  • Knowledge of Transformer architectures, data lake architectures, data integration, and data governance.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, or Keras.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (R or Python) and applied machine learning techniques.
  • Understanding of NLP engines, AI, and machine learning frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Graduate in Engineering or Master's in Computer Applications.
