AI Architect - Digital Banking Platform Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to help design and deliver next-generation, AI-powered digital banking experiences. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping a modern mobile platform, enabling intelligent, secure, and highly personalised customer journeys through cutting-edge AI and cloud-native technologies.

• Define and implement AI strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Identify and prioritise high-impact use cases such as fraud detection, risk modelling, and customer service automation
• Ensure AI initiatives contribute to a broader digital and customer experience vision

• Design scalable AI and data architectures across cloud-native platforms
• Ensure seamless integration with APIs, Legacy systems, and enterprise data ecosystems
• Establish best practices for building resilient, high-performing AI systems

• Drive responsible and ethical AI adoption through robust governance frameworks
• Oversee AI life cycle management, including model validation, monitoring, and risk controls
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and third-party vendor requirements

• Work closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders across global teams
• Translate complex business needs into practical AI-driven solutions
• Support internal capability building through knowledge sharing and training initiatives

• Continuously improve AI models and platforms to enhance performance and customer engagement
• Leverage advancements in machine learning and generative AI to drive innovation
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends and technologies

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, ideally within digital or mobile platforms
• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native AI solutions

• Previous experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments
