Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct red teaming/blue teaming workflows using Azure AI Foundry.
- Perform model risk analysis and proactive testing for bias, drift, and prompt injection vulnerabilities.
- Align with global AI safety regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Implement automated compliance checks and deliver secure AI experiences through continuous monitoring and audit logging.
Key Skills:
- Experience with AI safety tools (e.g., Responsible AI Toolbox, Deepchecks).
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and LLM compliance testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt injection testing and AI behaviour anomaly detection.
- Understanding of bias, fairness, and explainability metrics for LLMs.
- Experience in audit trail generation, logging, and compliance reporting (GDPR/DSAR).
- Skills in security risk mitigation in AI agent systems.

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, Security and Operations, the role is based in our Glasgow office at Cadworks, on a permanent contract, hybrid working basis. As an AI Safety & Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, compliance, and integrity of all AI systems deployed through SThree’s AI projects.
