Essential

• Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical application within large organisations.
• Experience operating within complex stakeholder environments, ideally across the public sector.
• Excellent Agile delivery experience, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
