On behalf of Computershare, we are looking for an AI PMO Analyst for a 12 Months contract based in Edinburgh.

Join us as an AI PMO Analyst.

As AI PMO Analyst you will provide governance, reporting, planning, and analytical support across a portfolio of AI and technology transformation initiatives. You will maintain accurate programme information, producing meaningful management insights, supporting governance activities, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Produce programme dashboards, reporting, metrics, and leadership insights.
  • Support programme planning, milestone tracking, resource management, and dependency management.
  • Maintain RAIDD logs, actions, decisions, and change control records.
  • Prepare governance packs, reporting materials, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor programme financials, benefits, resources, and delivery performance.
  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in a PMO Analyst, Programme Analyst, Transformation Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting technology, digital, AI, or transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of governance, programme controls, risk management, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
