Summary: The AI/ML Engineer role focuses on designing and implementing scalable MLOps data pipelines, deploying machine learning models, and utilizing advanced technologies in AI and machine learning. Candidates should possess strong programming skills in Python and experience with various machine learning frameworks and tools. The position requires expertise in containerization technologies and familiarity with recent advancements in generative AI. The role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with a preference for local candidates for face-to-face interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable MLOps supportive data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Deploy models with MLOps tools such as Vertex Pipelines, KubeFlow, or similar platforms.
- Implement and support end-to-end Machine Learning workflows and patterns.
- Utilize expert-level programming skills in Python and experience with Data Science and ML packages and frameworks.
- Proficiently use containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD practices.
- Work with large-scale machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Caffe2, PyTorch, Spark ML, or related frameworks.
- Stay updated on advancements in Gen AI, including Gemini, OpenAI, Claud, and exposure to open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI/ML products using technologies such as LLMs and neural networks.
- Apply RAG and Supervised Tuning techniques.
- Demonstrate strong distributed systems skills and knowledge.
- Have development experience with at least one public cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
- Exhibit excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
