Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver data-intensive platforms and AI-powered solutions aligned to business goals
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across the data and AI lifecycle, from ingestion and modelling to deployment and monitoring
- Direct the design and build of scalable data pipelines and high-quality data products aligned to architectural standards
- Provide technical leadership across data architecture, cloud engineering, and AI/ML capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise delivery, manage risks, and translate requirements into technical plans
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in AI techniques with proven application in real-world environments
- Deep knowledge of AI tools, GenAI models, and LLMs with the ability to select appropriate use cases
- Experience delivering within highly regulated environments with robust production support practices
- Proven ability to lead fast-paced engineering teams closely aligned with business functions
- Familiarity with emerging practices such as agentic workflows, orchestration, and automated SDLC (advantageous)
