Summary: The role of AI & Innovation Value Analyst/AI Technical Business Analyst involves collaborating with senior stakeholders in a large investment/wealth management firm to define complex requirements related to innovation and AI capabilities. The position is a 6-month initial contract requiring three days per week onsite in London, with a focus on identifying AI opportunities and translating business needs into functional requirements. The candidate will also work closely with technical resources and Solution Architects to evaluate and implement AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and clarify business objectives, success criteria, and measurable value.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements for AI solutions.
- Partner with Solution Architects to evaluate the technical viability of proposed AI solutions.
- Work with internal technical resources to create solutions.
- Utilize strong experience and exposure to AI, innovation, and wider data transformations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders (Director/Head of level) to shape complex requirements.
Key Skills:
- Flexible and versatile business analyst with financial services experience.
- Background within Consulting is beneficial.
- Strong experience in AI, innovation, and data transformations.
- Exposure to Machine Learning, LLMs, or Power flows.

Our client, a large investment/wealth management client, are looking to bring in a new AI/Technical BA/Consultant/Innovation consultant type of person. This will require working with very senior stakeholders (Director/Head of level) to help shape their complex requirements specifically around innovation and AI capabilities.
Experience wanted:
- Looking for a flexible and versatile business analyst with financial services experience.
- Background within Consulting would be beneficial due to the breath of remits you will have undertaken.
- Strong experience and exposure to AI, innovation and wider data transformations.
- Any exposure to Machine learning or LLM's or Power flows
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and clarify business objectives, success criteria, and measurable value.
- Working with internal technical resources to create solutions
