AI Implementation Lead - Customer Facing, Project Leader

Our AI Delivery Lead, you will sit at the intersection of client strategy, AI capability, and delivery execution. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role designed for a strategic operator who can bridge the gap between complex AI technology and business value.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our highest-priority AI engagements-from scoping pilot initiatives to successfully launching high-value AI use cases. Because successful adoption is the prerequisite for enterprise-wide rollout, your work will be the critical link that proves ROI and sets the foundation before broader scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Strategic Client Partnership & Scoping
• Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders on key AI initiatives.
• Uncover client business challenges and translate them into actionable, high-impact AI/ML use cases.
• Define project vision, clear KPIs, success metrics, and value-realization frameworks early in the engagement.
• 2. High-Priority Delivery & Value Realization
• Drive the successful execution of early-stage AI use cases, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and ROI objectives.
• Collaborate closely with a Global cross-functional technical teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers) to ensure feasibility and seamless delivery.
• proactively mitigate risk, manage scope creep, and solve complex operational blockers that could delay pilot completion.
• 3. Scaling Readiness & Change Enablement
• Establish the playbook, governance, and operating patterns required to transition successful AI pilots into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Measure and articulate business impact to client C-suite executives to secure buy-in for multi-phase expansions.
• Drive end-user adoption and organizational readiness alongside client change champions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Client-Facing Experience: 5+ years in management consulting, professional services, or customer-facing advisory roles delivering complex technology or data/AI initiatives.
• AI & Technical Literacy: Broad understanding of modern AI architecture, machine learning concepts, and generative AI capabilities (enough to evaluate feasibility and speak credibly with technical teams and business executives).
• Delivery Excellence: Track record of taking high-priority tech pilots from concept through delivery to operational reality.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Two to three days on client site when required. Insurance sector experience preferred.
