Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of AI governance processes across the end-to-end AI lifecycle
- Embed governance controls into AI/ML platforms, MLOps pipelines and lifecycle management processes
- Own AI governance operations including AI registry, inventories, approvals and attestations
- Establish governance automation to improve compliance and reduce manual effort
- Ensure traceability, transparency and auditability of AI assets and decisions
- Develop governance metrics, dashboards and KPIs
- Partner with enterprise stakeholders to integrate governance into core platforms
- Support audit, regulatory and assurance activities through evidence management and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of governance operating models, processes and tooling
Required Experience
- 8-12+ years of experience in AI/ML, technology operations, governance, risk management or digital transformation
- Experience implementing enterprise governance processes and operating models
- Strong knowledge of AI lifecycle management and MLOps practices
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, DevSecOps, MLOps or enterprise data platforms
- Proven capability in operationalising controls and driving enterprise adoption
- Strong understanding of AI risk, controls, compliance and governance frameworks
- Experience developing governance metrics, dashboards and operational reporting
- Ability to collaborate across architecture, engineering, cybersecurity and data teams
- Experience within large-scale or highly regulated environments
- Experience supporting audit, assurance and regulatory activities
- Knowledge of governance automation tooling and workflow platforms
- Continuous improvement and process optimisation expertise
