Key Responsibilities:
- Explore opportunities to repurpose existing course content using AI for diverse media formats.
- Test the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) to automate or assist in content transformation.
- Develop AI-driven prototypes for converting course content into webinars, audio talks, podcasts, and video presentations.
- Establish internal standards and guidelines for consistent text, style, and visual identity across all outputs.
- Build organisational understanding of AI’s potential and limitations in scalable content creation.
- Review existing digital course materials and related assets.
- Identify content types most suitable for AI transformation.
- Recommend and/or configure appropriate AI tools and models (LLMs/SLMs).
- Design and document repeatable workflows for content extraction and reformatting.
- Deliver working prototypes and demonstrations.
- Provide recommendations for future scaling and integration into the client's content ecosystem.

Our client is a UK-based educational charity, is exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to repurpose existing digital learning materials into engaging and accessible formats such as webinars, TED-style talks, and podcasts. The aim is to create a unified system that enables a multi-disciplinary team of over 20 developers and content specialists to design, generate, and deliver media content that is consistent in tone, style, look, and feel — strengthening the clients brand presence and learner experience.
Objectives
- Explore opportunities to repurpose existing course content using AI for diverse media formats.
- Test the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) to automate or assist in content transformation.
- Develop AI-driven prototypes that demonstrate how course content can be converted into:
- Webinars
- Audio talks
- Podcasts
- Video presentations (TED-style formats)
- Establish internal standards and guidelines for consistent text, style, and visual identity across all outputs.
- Build organisational understanding of AI’s potential and limitations in scalable content creation.
Scope of Work
In Scope:
- Review existing digital course materials and related assets.
- Identify content types most suitable for AI transformation.
- Recommend and/or configure appropriate AI tools and models (LLMs/SLMs).
- Design and document repeatable workflows that enable teams to:
- Extract and structure key content from digital courses.
- Reformat materials into scripts, outlines, and storyboards for video and audio production.
- Automatically generate templates for webinars, podcasts, and visual content.
- Deliver working prototypes and demonstrations.
- Provide recommendations for future scaling and integration into the clients content ecosystem.
Out of Scope:
- Full-scale production or publishing of webinars, podcasts, or videos.
- Custom AI model training or fine-tuning beyond the use of existing tools.
- Integration with live learning management systems (LMS) or enterprise deployment.
