Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy production-ready AI and agentic systems from concept through to release.
- Develop ML services, APIs and scalable AI pipelines using strong software engineering principles.
- Productionise machine learning models, including model serving, monitoring, evaluation and retraining.
- Partner with Data Scientists to deploy models efficiently and improve AI capabilities.
- Drive technical design reviews while mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices.
Key Skills:
- 5-7+ years' experience as a Senior AI Engineer, ML Engineer or Software Engineer building production AI solutions.
- Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.
- Proven track record deploying machine learning models into production at scale.
- Strong software engineering background with experience in distributed systems and large-scale data platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across cross-functional teams.
