Location: London - Hybrid / 1 day Per Week in Office

Experience in demand management, portfolio management, or pipeline management within a complex organisation.

Experience designing and managing structured intake, discovery, and governance processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform ambiguous business needs into actionable, evidence-based problem statements.

Experience applying prioritisation frameworks to support strategic investment decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Experience working across business engagement, strategy, insights, and delivery functions.

Strong reporting, governance, and process improvement capabilities.
