The Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Build and maintain intelligent agents, conversational AI experiences and automated business processes.
- Integrate AI solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL and other business applications.
- Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Apply appropriate security, governance, compliance and Responsible AI practices.
- Support solution architecture, documentation, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and low-code technologies to improve business processes.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and knowledge sharing across AI, Copilot and Power Platform initiatives.
- Support database-related activities, including SQL and Oracle environments.
- Troubleshoot application and system issues, including code fixes and SQL Scripting.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, technical support and database teams.
- Coordinate releases and maintain application change history.
Key Skills & Experience
- We are looking for experience across:
- Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building, configuring, testing and deploying Copilot agents.
- Dataverse, including table design, relationships, business rules, security and governance.
- Azure, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure DevOps.
- C# and .NET
- JavaScript and PCF Controls
- API integration and enterprise application integration.
- CI/CD across Power Platform and Azure services.
- Unit testing.
- SQL/Oracle databases and SQL Scripting.
- Power BI.
- AI governance and Responsible AI.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a strong technical communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You should be comfortable analysing designs and code, providing constructive feedback and working collaboratively across development and support teams.
Experience working on large, end-to-end Power Platform projects, from initial conception through to live deployment, would be particularly valuable.
Occasional out-of-hours support, including weekday evenings and weekends, may be required.
