Summary: As an AI Conversation Designer, you will be instrumental in developing user interactions with conversational AI tools, focusing on creating intuitive dialogue flows and enhancing user experiences. The role requires collaboration across disciplines, including content design and user-centered design, to ensure effective communication and support for users. You will leverage your expertise in natural language processing and AI to optimize conversational journeys and contribute to the overall design process. Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly conversational journeys to enhance self-service and reduce support calls.
- Monitor user engagement with help content and conversational tools for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate conversational AI across channels.
- Design natural dialogue flows for chat, voice, and other platforms.
- Utilize NLP and NLU techniques to inform and optimize conversation flows.
- Shape conversational experiences using large language models and prompt design.
- Understand AI and machine learning fundamentals to collaborate with technical teams.
- Write clear and emotionally intelligent copy that aligns with brand voice.
- Translate complex financial topics into accessible language.
- Follow content best practices to ensure inclusivity and usability.
- Contribute to the full content life cycle from ideation to stakeholder sign-off.
- Apply user insights and behavioral data to design intuitive conversations.
- Work closely with UX designers and researchers to ground conversations in user needs.
- Manage multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.
- Use Figma for design deliverables and participate in team improvement sessions.
