Summary: The AI Conversation Designer will be instrumental in developing user interactions with conversational AI tools, focusing on AI conversational design while also contributing to content design and user-centered design initiatives. This role requires a collaborative designer who can create intuitive dialogue flows and enhance user experiences across various platforms. The position involves monitoring user engagement and continuously improving conversational tools to support self-service and reduce support calls. The designer will work closely with developers and product teams to integrate AI effectively into help and support experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design natural and intuitive dialogue flows across chat, voice, and other platforms.
- Monitor user engagement with help content and conversational tools to improve experiences.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate conversational AI into support experiences.
- Translate complex financial topics into accessible content.
- Apply user insights and behavioral data to design purposeful conversations.
- Manage multiple projects and lead design conversations from concept to delivery.
- Use Figma for design deliverables and participate in design critiques and discussions.
