The Opportunity
Help shape the successful adoption of AI across a major organisation.
We're looking for an experienced AI Change Manager to lead the communications, engagement and change activities that will drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring AI is embraced confidently, responsibly and delivers measurable business value.
Working as part of a newly established Change, Adoption and Behaviour team, you'll support a critical transition period while helping embed AI into day-to-day ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management approach for AI-enabled tools and services.
- Develop and deliver communications, engagement and adoption strategies.
- Create clear, practical guidance and supporting materials for a wide range of users.
- Work with senior stakeholders, technical specialists and business teams to align change activity with organisational priorities.
- Identify adoption barriers through user feedback and data, implementing targeted interventions to improve uptake and confidence.
- Measure the effectiveness of change activity and continuously improve adoption outcomes.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering change management for digital transformation or AI-enabled programmes.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI, responsible AI, governance and user adoption.
- Experience designing and delivering communications and engagement campaigns that drive behavioural change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, using user insights and feedback to improve adoption and engagement.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging and accessible communications.
