Summary: The AI Adoption & Training Specialist will facilitate the effective use of Microsoft AI technologies within a Higher Education provider on a 3-month contract. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs to enhance staff proficiency with tools like Microsoft Copilot. The specialist will assess AI readiness, create training materials, and establish a network of AI champions to support long-term adoption. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to driving change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess AI readiness, skills gaps, and adoption barriers across teams
- Design and deliver structured training programmes and learning pathways
- Run workshops, hands-on sessions, and targeted coaching for teams
- Create practical training materials, including guides, prompt packs, and playbooks
- Establish a network of AI champions and support long-term adoption

We’re looking for an AI Adoption & Training Specialist to help drive the effective use of Microsoft AI technologies across this Higher Education provider on a initial 3 month contract. This role is central to ensuring staff can confidently and safely use tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance their day-to-day work. Working across Professional Services and student-facing teams, you’ll design and deliver engaging, role-based training programmes, build internal capability, and support lasting behavioural change to maximise the value of our AI investments.
