Summary: The role of Lead T Level Technical Qualification Associate (TQA) involves supporting the delivery and approval process of T-Levels in the agriculture, land management, and production sector. The position requires collaboration with City & Guilds to recruit and train new TQAs while ensuring quality assurance and standardization. Key Responsibilities:
- Support, standardise and quality assure a team of Technical Qualification Associates (TQAs)
- Support City & Guilds with the recruitment, selection and training of new TQAs
- Carry out Provider approval visits between February and June
- Review evidence and support Providers with approval applications
- Produce City & Guilds and Provider reports and feedback
- Provide advice on T Level and the Technical Qualification (TQ) to new and existing Providers and TQAs
Key Skills:
