Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Agresso finance modules—General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Statement Processing—based on business requirements.
- Conduct system design workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into solution designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional consultants and finance teams to align application design with business needs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and challenge designs to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure solutions are within scope, escalate scope creep, and support QA activities to validate configurations.
- Provide technical support—troubleshoot issues, write SQL scripts, and create necessary extensions.
- Work directly with the clients for application support and development.
