Summary: The Agile Transformation Project Manager will spearhead Agile transformation initiatives at an enterprise level, focusing on coaching and influencing Agile delivery teams and middle management. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to implement Agile strategies and ensure successful adoption across the organization. The Project Manager will also be responsible for gathering metrics and leading organizational restructuring to support Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and guide Agile delivery teams, their managers, and middle management at a portfolio level.
• Suggest and communicate various Agile strategies in a complex business environment.
• Instruct the customer on appropriate metrics to be gathered and presented to enable decision-making and show progress.
• Provide expertise in Jira for metrics and light configuration.
• Lead the restructuring of the organisation to support Agile practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful Agile transformation.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in coaching at a portfolio level (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Proven ability to guide and influence Agile delivery teams and middle management.
• Experience in suggesting and implementing Agile strategies in complex business environments.
• Proficiency in Jira for advising on metrics and light configuration.
• Demonstrable experience at an enterprise level.
• Experience in leading organisational restructuring.
• Agile accreditation (even if expired) is preferred.
• Security Clearance (SC) is required for this role.
